Alumina bubble brick is made from alumina bubbles and alumina powders, together with other adhesives, burnt by 1750℃. It belongs to the super high temperature thermal insulation material which is widely used as the industrial furnace lining under 1800 ℃ . Since its high porosity, it cannot be applied to the part that contact slag, or it will be damaged by the slag permeation. Also if used as the furnace lining, the temperature rising rate cannot be too sharp, or it will crack and reduce its service life.
