Soluble fiber ropes include soluble fiber twisted rope, soluble fiber braided round rope and Bio Soluble Fiber Square Braided Rope. All are made of our high-quality soluble fiber yarn, with a temperature resistance of 1000° C. The Bio Soluble Fiber Square Braided Rope is reinforced by filament glass fiber (can be reinforced by stainless steel wire at the same time) to achieve the purpose of enhancing the tensile strength of the rope. The rope contains a small amount of bonding material that will burn at low temperatures, so it does not affect its insulation effect.
Application:
High temperature sealing or filling materials for ovens, industrial furnaces, boilers, expansion joints and cables. It is widely used in welding, casting and aluminum plants, steel plants, boiler insulation and sealing, exhaust systems, shipyards, refineries, power plants and chemical plants. It is also used as the core of tadpole-shaped gaskets. Each of the three types of ropes is suitable for different purposes.
