At the top of the arch, the refractory material mainly adopts silicon brick. The silicon brick belongs to the acidic property according to the chemical property. In the high temperature region of ≤1670 °C, it can achieve non-shrinkage deformation, maintain its high strength, stable volume, high softness, Anti-creep and other high temperature properties, to meet the needs of vault refractory materials.
2, hot air outlet, throat refractory configuration
The temperature of the hot air outlet and the throat of the combustion chamber varies greatly. The traditional refractory materials are mainly made of high-aluminum bricks, but ordinary high-aluminum bricks have poor thermal shock resistance, and are prone to expansion, shrinkage, spalling, and brick falling during use. Therefore, the part should be selected to have a high softness, thermal shock resistance and high temperature stability of the refractory material. It is recommended to use andalusite high alumina bricks.
The working temperature of the burner is above 1000 °C. The lining of the refractory material is mainly subjected to high-speed flushing of gas and air and high-temperature heat radiation. Therefore, high-quality low-creep high-aluminum brick can be used in the air and gas annular passage.
The burner lining and the air and gas nozzles are subject to long-term combustion and air supply cycle changes, and the temperature is quenched and quenched. Therefore, the part should be treated with cordierite with good stability, low expansion, thermal shock resistance and peeling resistance. Mullite bricks. The lower part is made of mullite bricks with anti-flaking, low creep rate, chemical resistance and thermal shock resistance.
4, vault shell
After the wind temperature of the hot blast stove is increased, the dome shell is easily attacked by acid gas to cause cracking or cracking. Therefore, it is necessary to spray an acid-proof paint on the inner surface of the dome shell, and additionally apply a corrosion paint on the shell to prevent acid corrosion.
Choosing a high-quality refractory configuration is the key to long-term safe operation of the hot-blast stove combustor and burner. The above material configuration scheme has been applied in many large-scale top-fired hot blast stoves in China, and has achieved good results.
