In the anti-crust refractory castable, due to the addition of a large amount of silicon carbide component, the lining of the anti-crust refractory castable is used, and the silicon carbide in the material is oxidized under the action of high temperature to form a glazed protective film. When the protective film on the surface is worn under the constant frictional scouring of the kiln material, the internally exposed silicon carbide continues to oxidize, thus repeatedly forming a glazed protective layer, thereby always having an anti-skinning effect.
