In order to reduce energy consumption during operation, it is necessary to try to reduce the temperature of the kiln cylinder. This requires that the refractory material of the cement kiln firing zone has good performance of sticking kiln skin, and the kiln skin protection can greatly reduce the surface temperature of the cement kiln firing zone. For the decomposition zone and the transition zone, a high-quality refractory material with a lower thermal conductivity should be used to reduce the surface temperature of the outer cylinder.
