Oxidation of Ceramic Fiber Blankets

When we process ceramic fiber blanket, we need to oxidize it to a certain extent, so what is its specific method? The following knowledge will be explained in detail.

1. Surface pretreatment: Clean the surface of ceramic fiber blanket by chemical or physical methods, expose the pure matrix, in order to obtain a complete and compact artificial oxide film, and also obtain mirror or matte surface by mechanical means.

2. Anodic oxidation: Ceramic fiber blanket pretreated by surface, under certain technological conditions, the surface of the matrix is anodized to form a dense, porous and strong adsorptive layer of AL203 film.

3. Sealing: The pore of porous oxide film formed after anodic oxidation is sealed to enhance the anti-fouling, anti-corrosion and wear resistance of the oxide film of ceramic fiber blanket. The oxide film is colorless and transparent. Using the strong adsorption of the oxide film before sealing, some metal salts are adsorbed and deposited in the film hole, which can make the exterior of the profile show its true color. There are many colors outside, such as black, bronze, golden and stainless steel.
