Ceramic Fiber Module

Generally, based on different requirements, there are three regular types available:

A. Stack Bonded (flat surface)

B. Convoluted Module

C. Module with Anchors

The main components of ceramic fibers are Al2O3 and SIO2. Among them, the high aluminum-type ceramic fiber module has a high content of Al2O3 (common type, standard type, high-purity type, high-aluminum type, and zirconium-containing chemical composition), which is 52%~55%, belonging to the spray. Blowing fiber, and silk fiber are also different. The diameter of the blown fiber is generally 2.0~3.0μm, and the length of the fiber is short, generally 100~200mm. Because the fiber is finer, the thermal conductivity is better than that of the silk fiber. It is easy to break and tear during the folding process of the block making. On the other hand, the high-aluminum type has a high content of Al2O3, which should be avoided in the kiln with electric heat as the heat source, so as to avoid the loss of people and property caused by conduction, and the consequences are immeasurable. In general, the standard type is more commonly used, but the type of the ceramic fiber module is also selected according to the temperature of the kiln.
